Dear Valued Customers,

The landscape is rapidly changing, and we will continue to work within government mandated practices and adapt our operation to ensure we maintain the supply of products to our customers.

As more government information and restrictions come to hand we will continue to update you with Qualelec & QLED movements.
Latest stage 1 restrictions apply to principal places of social gathering only, not businesses and essential services.

Our staff and their family’s health and safety are our #1 priority, and our internal policies and practices reflect this position. 

Whilst it is obvious that it is not totally business as usual, we are well stocked & are currently not experiencing much in the way of short supply from the national importers. With that being said, we are working as best we can to maintain future supply by constantly keeping up to date with our suppliers advice. Some delays will most certainly be experienced at times, as our suppliers adopt work practices such as split shifts & there will of course be other freight delays due to the closures of state borders. 

We have the below in place safety measures to ensure our staff and customers remain healthy and to provide an uninterrupted service.

• Our branch staff, which we are still at 100%, are respecting social distancing and remain HIGHLY vigilant with hygiene regarding the handling of all stock, both in & outgoing.
• Our Sales Representatives have significantly reduced face to face contact with customers and internal staff. All reps are fully reachable by phone or email.
• Over the coming days, we will be implementing our contingency plans, for staff to possibly work remotely. But at this time the warehouse remains fully functional & hopefully will remain so, even if we need to change to a skeleton staff situation as future government stages are implemented.
• Please remember, we’re ready and committed to delivering and maintaining the highest standards in service and product supply for our customers and believe these changes will see us well into the future.
