Well we are looking for two new employees! One is for a representative & the other for an  experienced or willing to learn, stores person for our Kunda Park operation on the Sunshine Coast Queensland.

We pride ourselves in being able to give our clients a superior sales experience, so as to ensure that they use us as their first point of contact, time & time again.

There is potential for quick, senior role advancement for the person showing or possessing the right attributes. The position requires commitment to learning our operation, procedures & inventory inside out. These  positions are the  core of the operation to which all other aspects rely upon. Our software system that we use is EXOBIZ, which is an inventory based system from which all other aspects of the business software are based upon. This calls for a level of competence and understanding of the reasons for each procedure and its undertaking.

The candidate when in training shall be required under initial supervision, to competently handle the following tasks:

1. Handle all processes of incoming stock. That task requires the accurate matching of all product to accompanying paperwork.
2. The task of putting all incoming stock away in its location, making it ready for picking from stock orders.
3. In time, you will also be trained in the data entry of the associated paperwork.
4. Assist in the picking of outgoing stock orders.
5. Double check picks of other staff to prevent errors prior to packaging
6. Correctly co-ordinate orders, adequately pack and dispatch orders in a timely manner 
7. When comfortable, take phone orders & correctly enter them in the system when required.
8. Take direction from supervisors and use time wisely at times of quiet periods
9. Undertake other tasks such as operation tidiness
   

• Current Queensland drivers licence
• Be able to work well with supervisors and other staff
• Preferably to have basic knowledge of the product, whether by trade or past employment.
• to know their limitations and be able to defer to other staff to keep our level of service
• to strive to provide the level of service this business is renowned for
